Shipping policy
We ship with care from Stone Mountain, GA.
Processing Time:
Orders ship within 2–3 business days after purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our studio. Processing time is in addition to the shipping estimates below.
During high-volume launches, processing may take slightly longer. We always aim to ship as quickly as possible.
U.S. Orders:
- Delivered in 2–5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage (after dispatch).
- Free shipping on all U.S. orders $75+.
International Orders:
We currently ship to Canada, the U.K., and select Caribbean islands (Jamaica, Trinidad, Barbados, Bahamas, Cayman Islands, and Antigua).
Important: Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be impacted by carrier volume, weather, or service disruptions.
Once your order has shipped, typical delivery timelines are:

Canada: approx. 1–3 weeks after dispatch.

United Kingdom approx. 2–4 weeks after dispatch.

Jamaica & Caribbean Islands approx. 2–4 weeks after dispatch.
Actual delivery time can vary based on carrier performance, customs processing, and local postal service.
Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, and/or carrier handling fees charged by your local customs office or postal carrier. These charges are not collected by LATC Essentials at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility.
Refused / Return-to-Sender due to unpaid duties/taxes:
If an order is refused or returned to us due to unpaid duties/taxes, original shipping charges are non-refundable. We’ll process a refund for the product(s) once the package is safely received back, minus any return-to-sender fees charged by the carrier.
Address Changes & Delivery Issues:
- Please double-check your address before checkout. Once an order has shipped, we cannot reroute or modify it.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, we can reship it once the address is confirmed (additional shipping fees may apply).
Packages Marked “Delivered” / Missing or Stolen
LATC Essentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you don’t have the package:
- Check your mailbox/parcel locker, household members, neighbors, and leasing office
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number (they can often provide GPS scan details)
