Returns
Returns are not accepted by default—each concern is handled fairly on a case-by-case basis because your satisfaction matters to us. We want you to love your essentials.
Return window: Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in original packaging. Items showing signs of wear, odor, product residue (makeup/hair products), or damage may be refused.
How to start a return:
Email us at info@latcessentials.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you’d like to return
- The reason for the return
If approved, we’ll send a return authorization and instructions. Do not send returns without authorization (unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused
Return Shipping + Store Credit
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Store credit: Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive store credit via a digital code (gift card) sent to the email used at checkout.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different color or item, please return your original item (per the policy above) and place a new order using your store credit code.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@latcessentials.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or resolution at no additional cost.
Additional Notes
- Returns are processed after inspection. If a return does not meet eligibility requirements, it may be refused and sent back.
- Return instructions and the return address are provided only after approval.

We’re not liable for courier errors, incorrect addresses, or stolen packages after delivery.
