Política de cancelamento

Pre-orders and other purchase option orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not already been processed, packed, or shipped.

After the 24-hour cancellation window, pre-order items are considered reserved inventory and may no longer be eligible for cancellation. This helps us accurately plan inventory, manage production, and keep limited quantities available for customers who intend to purchase.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your full order will ship together once the pre-order item is available. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
